Dr. Minjung Park is an internationally experienced healthcare executive with over 30 years of leadership in hospital development, clinical governance, and quality excellence. She is recognized for her ability to build high-performing healthcare institutions from concept to full operation, combining strategic planning, workforce architecture, and rigorous quality systems.

She played a pivotal role in the establishment and operational development of major institutions including the Seoul National University Hospital Gangnam Center and Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital in the United Arab Emirates, where she served in senior leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Medical Officer. During her tenure, she designed comprehensive staffing frameworks, led Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation cycles, and implemented clinical KPI systems that significantly strengthened institutional performance and patient safety.

Dr. Park has also led digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of Hospital Information System, enabling real-time clinical performance monitoring and enhanced quality governance. Her expertise has been applied internationally through consulting engagements in Asia and the Middle East, advising hospitals on institutional development, clinical programming, and operational strategy.
